Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is completely free for UK customers. We also offer an express shipping option for an additional £6.50
What are the shipping times?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Standard UK shipping takes 3-5 working days, while express delivery is to 1-2 working days.
Please note that orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next day.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Please note that we do not offer refunds on jewellery due to hygiene reasons. However, in the unlikely event that there is a defect with the jewellery, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a refund in such cases, please email us at dilhanjewels@gmail.com with your full name, order number, a description of the defect, and clear photo evidence. Refund requests without the required details may not be accepted.
